Guide wall
Reinforced concrete guide walls set out the panel alignment and guide the excavation tool.
Diaphragm walls planned together with basement excavation and piling — one contractor, one programme, fewer interfaces. Share your drawings for a technical proposal.
On tight urban plots, next to existing buildings or where groundwater is high, a diaphragm wall (D-wall) is often the retaining system the design calls for. It is built in panels before the basement is dug, and depending on the design it can also serve as the permanent basement wall.
We plan the D-wall together with basement excavation and piling, so wall construction, supports and excavation run as one sequence under one contractor — less interface risk and a faster basement.

Every step follows the approved design, specification and method statement for your project.
Reinforced concrete guide walls set out the panel alignment and guide the excavation tool.
Panels are excavated by grab or hydraulic excavation, kept stable under bentonite or polymer slurry.
Slurry mixing, monitoring, desanding and reuse as specified, with spoil handled as per norms.
Cages are fabricated to the drawings and lowered into the panel.
Concrete is placed bottom-up by tremie, displacing the slurry, with panel joints as per design.
The basement is excavated in stages around the wall and its supports, with our own excavators and tippers.
Less interface risk, faster basements. Excavation, D-wall and piling planned as one sequence, by one team, against one programme.

| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Exact or nearest site location | Mobilisation and logistics planning |
| Basement depth, D-wall length / depth / thickness | Methodology and resource sizing |
| Drawings, BOQ or specification (preferred) | Accurate technical proposal |
| Planned start date or programme window | Resource locking |

Typically: guide wall construction, panel excavation by grab or hydraulic excavation under bentonite or polymer slurry, slurry management, reinforcement cage fabrication and lowering, tremie concreting and panel joints — followed by staged basement excavation. The exact scope is set out in the BOQ for each package.
The D-wall is designed by the client's structural / geotechnical consultant. We execute to the approved drawings, specifications and method statement, and raise constructability points early so the wall, supports and excavation sequence work together.
That depends on the design, soil strata and groundwater at your site. Share the drawings and soil investigation report, and we will confirm the methodology and equipment deployment in our technical proposal.
Slurry type follows the project specification and site conditions. Slurry properties are monitored as specified, and spent slurry and spoil are handled as per project instructions and municipal norms.
As per the BOQ agreed for the package — for example by panel area or volume, with guide wall, reinforcement and other items measured separately where the BOQ specifies them.
Yes. We take up D-wall (diaphragm wall) and bored cast-in-situ piling for basements in Delhi NCR, and can integrate them with our excavation as one deep-basement package. A single contractor for excavation, D-wall and piling means less interface risk and a faster basement programme. Share your drawings, soil investigation report and basement depth for a technical proposal.
Working hours, night shifts and muck transport timings in NCR are governed by local authority rules, project permissions and site conditions. Permissions and NOCs normally remain the owner's or client's responsibility unless the contract states otherwise; we plan shifts and haulage within the permissions held for the project. Please share any restrictions upfront.
