Durga Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. is an excavation and earthwork contractor with its office in Sector 68, Noida. We hire out the same excavators, tippers, graders, rollers and water tankers that run our own basement and bulk earthwork packages to developers, EPCs and main contractors who need dependable machines on a live NCR site.
Machinery hire covers all construction machines: excavators (Poclain), JCB / backhoe loaders, tippers / Hyva, motor graders, rollers, soil and vibratory compactors, rock breakers and water tankers. That difference matters on site. The machine arrives from a contractor that knows how basements, haul roads and compaction fronts actually run, not from a broker who has to find a vehicle after you call. Requirement
Machine type and class, quantity, site location, shift pattern, expected duration and start date.
Availability & quote
We check fleet allocation and confirm the machine class, operator, diesel terms, shift hours, minimum period and mobilisation in the quote.
Mobilisation
Tracked machines move on low-bed trailers and road vehicles under their own power, within the movement rules that apply on the route.
On site
Operators work to your site in-charge. Hours or trips are recorded on agreed log sheets and signed off at the end of each shift.
Release
Demobilisation once the agreed period or scope is complete, or a change to the set if the work front changes.
NCR site realities
What affects machine hire in Delhi NCR
Machine hire in NCR is shaped by more than distance. Air-quality action plans (GRAP) can restrict construction and earthmoving at higher pollution stages. Heavy vehicles face time windows on many roads, Delhi in particular. Muck transport and disposal need a permitted destination. We plan shifts, tipper cycles and water sprinkling within the permissions held for the project; permits and NOCs stay with the owner or main contractor unless the contract says otherwise.

Frequently asked questions
Do your machines come with operators?
Yes. Excavators, backhoe loaders, graders, rollers, tippers and tankers are deployed with operators or drivers. The operator arrangement, shift hours and who supervises the work on site are confirmed in the quote.
Is diesel included in the hire?
Both arrangements are possible: diesel supplied by us, or the machine runs on diesel you supply. Which one applies, and how consumption is recorded, is confirmed in the quote before mobilisation.
Do you hire for a few hours or a single day?
Hire is usually arranged for project-site deployments. The minimum period, shift basis (single or double shift) and billing unit are confirmed for each machine in the quote.
Why is there no rate list on the website?
The right rate depends on the machine class, duration, shift pattern, diesel terms, site location and how many machines you need. We quote once we know the requirement, so the price fits the job.
Can you supply a complete earthmoving set?
Yes. We can size an excavator, tippers, grader, roller and water tanker as one set for your haul distance and output target. If you would rather pay per cubic metre, we can quote a measured earthwork package instead.
Which areas do you cover?
Noida, Greater Noida and the Yamuna Expressway, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram and Faridabad, from our Sector 68 Noida office. We also take up projects elsewhere in India.
