RMC supply from our own batching plants
Durga Buildwell supplies ready-mix concrete (RMC) from its own batching plants. Where a project needs it, we also set up a dedicated batching plant at your site, sized and positioned as per the project's requirements. Deliveries run on our own fleet of 10+ Flory and transit mixer (TM) units.
Because the plant, the transit mixers and the site team are all ours, you deal with one party for production, delivery and pour-day coordination. On sites where we are also doing excavation or site development, concrete supply fits into the same programme.

Dedicated on-site batching plant
A batching plant set up at your site as per project requirements, for large or remote projects such as expressways, townships and industrial sites where long hauls or continuous pours make off-site supply impractical.
Dedicated site plant
When a dedicated site plant makes sense
A dedicated on-site batching plant is usually the better option when:
- The total concrete volume is high and spread over a long construction period
- The site is remote, or the haul from an off-site plant is long or unreliable
- Linear works such as expressways and roads need concrete along a long alignment
- Townships and industrial projects need continuous, high-rate pours across many structures
- The programme cannot depend on city traffic restrictions or delivery windows
We plan the plant set-up as per your project's requirements — space available, volume, duration and pour pattern — and agree the scope with you before mobilisation.

RMC supply from our batching plants is focused on Noida, Greater Noida, the Yamuna Expressway corridor and wider Delhi-NCR. For large or remote projects elsewhere, a dedicated on-site batching plant can be set up as per project requirements. Our project presence spans Noida, Jewar, Jammu and Odisha.
RMC is often most useful alongside our core packages: basement excavation in NCR, bulk earthwork and road and site development.
