Survey & set-out
Pile positions are set out from the approved drawings, with working platforms prepared for the rig.
Bored cast-in-situ piles planned together with the D-wall and basement excavation — one contractor, one programme. Share your drawings for a technical proposal.
Piles carry structural loads to competent strata and are often part of a deep-basement scheme. We take up bored cast-in-situ piling and plan it with the D-wall and basement excavation, so rig movement, working platforms, excavation stages and pile caps follow one programme.
Every step follows the approved design, specification and method statement for your project.
Pile positions are set out from the approved drawings, with working platforms prepared for the rig.
Piles are bored to the design depth, with casing or slurry support where soil conditions need it.
Cages are fabricated to the drawings and lowered into the bore.
Concrete is placed bottom-up by tremie to the specified cut-off level.
Load and integrity tests are coordinated with the appointed testing agency, as specified.
Chipping, pile caps and basement excavation are sequenced to keep the programme moving.
Less interface risk, faster basements. Excavation, D-wall and piling planned as one sequence, by one team, against one programme.

| Item | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Exact or nearest site location | Mobilisation and logistics planning |
| Number of piles, diameter and depth | Methodology and resource sizing |
| Drawings, BOQ or specification (preferred) | Accurate technical proposal |
| Planned start date or programme window | Resource locking |

Bored cast-in-situ piles for basements and structures, executed to the approved design. Other pile types can be discussed against your drawings and specification.
We coordinate initial and routine pile load tests and integrity tests with the testing agency appointed for the project, as per the specification. The test set-up scope is agreed in the work order.
Pile design is by the client's structural / geotechnical consultant. We execute to the approved drawings, specification and method statement, and plan piling alongside the D-wall and excavation sequence.
As per the BOQ agreed for the package — for example by running metre for each pile diameter, with reinforcement, testing and other items measured separately where the BOQ specifies them.
Yes. We take up D-wall (diaphragm wall) and bored cast-in-situ piling for basements in Delhi NCR, and can integrate them with our excavation as one deep-basement package. A single contractor for excavation, D-wall and piling means less interface risk and a faster basement programme. Share your drawings, soil investigation report and basement depth for a technical proposal.
Mobilisation depends on site location, access, scope and fleet allocation at the time. Because we run our own fleet, we plan mobilisation quickly once the location, quantity and start window are confirmed. Share your programme and we will give you a realistic date.
Working hours, night shifts and muck transport timings in NCR are governed by local authority rules, project permissions and site conditions. Permissions and NOCs normally remain the owner's or client's responsibility unless the contract states otherwise; we plan shifts and haulage within the permissions held for the project. Please share any restrictions upfront.
Share the site location, scope or quantity and planned start through the enquiry form, WhatsApp (+91 72900 97096) or a call, and email drawings / BOQ to Crm1@durgabuildwell.com if available. Our business team reviews it and gets back to you quickly.
Tell us the site location, scope, start window and whether you are a developer, EPC or main contractor. Attach drawings or BOQ if available. Our business team follows up on qualified enquiries first; for urgent live sites, call us directly.
