Redevelopment and greenfield conversion often start with the safe takedown of existing structures. Durga Buildwell provides controlled demolition and dismantling support using heavy machinery and disciplined site-safety practices — typically as the first step of an excavation and site-development package for developers and main contractors.
Because we also execute basement excavation and bulk earthwork, demolition can be planned as part of one continuous sequence: clear, excavate, form and hand over.

On redevelopment plots in Noida and NCR, demolition is often only the first few weeks of a longer groundwork programme. Planning both together helps in three ways: debris and excavated soil logistics can share haul planning, there is no gap between two contractors handing over the site, and the same supervision team carries the site knowledge forward into the basement dig.

Most of our demolition is the first step of a redevelopment: take down the old structure safely, clear the debris, then start the basement. Because we also run basement excavation (We take basement excavation for builder and developer projects of 2,000 sqm and above), the same team can plan demolition, rock breaking of old foundations and debris and muck disposal as one sequence.

What kind of demolition do you do?
We provide controlled, machine-based demolition and dismantling support using heavy machinery and planned sequencing, typically ahead of excavation and site development.
Can you work near live structures?
Methodology is decided case by case with the client's and consultant's controls. Please share details of adjacent buildings, roads and services in your enquiry.
Is debris disposal included?
Debris handling and disposal follow the package scope and local norms. Confirm your requirement in the RFQ and we will price it accordingly.
Do you work only in NCR?
We are strongest in Noida and NCR redevelopment, and take up scoped demolition jobs elsewhere in India.
Who arranges permissions?
Permissions and NOCs normally remain the owner's or client's responsibility unless the contract specifically states otherwise.
Do you do building demolition in Noida and Delhi?
Yes. We take controlled demolition across Delhi NCR, mostly for sites being redeveloped, with barricading, dust control and debris haulage planned in the method statement.
Can you demolish the old building and then excavate the basement?
Yes. That is the combination we are best set up for: demolition, foundation breaking, debris removal and then basement excavation with the same fleet, planned as one programme.
