Greenfield sites need a lot of earthwork before anything else can start: access roads, formation levels, drainage paths and building pads. We take up these packages directly for developers or as a subcontractor under the main contractor or EPC. We have project presence in Noida, Jewar, Jammu and Odisha and mobilise pan-India for scoped packages. Delhi-NCR and the Yamuna Expressway / Jewar belt remain priority markets for site development, while road packages are considered wherever the length, quantities and programme justify mobilisation.
