Basement excavation
Staged excavation with ramps, benches and level control. Basements →
Gurugram builds downwards: deep basements under towers, malls and offices. We bring our own excavators, tippers and supervision, with experience that includes approx. 9 lakh m³ of excavation and earthwork at IKEA Gurugram.
At IKEA Gurugram our scope covered approximately 9 lakh m³ of excavation and earthwork, our second-largest volume after the Jewar Project. A job of that size runs on fleet depth (50+ excavators and 100+ tippers across our operations), steady tipper cycles over long disposal hauls, and supervision that keeps levels and benches under control week after week.
We bring the same approach to group-housing, commercial and mixed-use basements anywhere in Gurugram, whether in the established sectors or in the newer ones along the expressway corridors.

Licences and building approvals in Gurugram involve the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana, and city infrastructure falls under the Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority and the Municipal Corporation. NCR dust-control requirements and GRAP apply here as across the region. Permissions for muck transport, night work and dewatering normally stay with the owner or main contractor; we plan shifts, haulage and dust control within them.

Faridabad shares much of Gurugram's ground story, with the Aravalli influence and harder strata in parts, and is covered by the same NCR fleet and team. We have not built a separate Faridabad page because we have no Faridabad-specific project to show yet, and the planning approach is the one described here. Share your location and scope and we will plan it the same way.
Soil report, borehole logs and any trial pits, to spot hard layers, groundwater and the levels where they start.
Ramp position, bench levels and the order of digging, agreed with the retaining system and your structural programme.
Excavators, breaker time if needed, and tipper numbers matched to the disposal haul and permitted hours.
Daily level checks against the drawings, so over-excavation and rework are avoided.
Formation handed over in sections, so PCC, raft and waterproofing can start before the whole dig is finished.
This is how we kept output steady at IKEA Gurugram, and it is the same plan we bring to a single-tower basement.
Yes. Our project list includes IKEA Gurugram, with approximately 9 lakh m³ of excavation and earthwork.
Some do. Sites with dense, kankar-rich layers or weathered rock, more common towards the Aravalli side, may need an excavator-mounted breaker for part of the volume. Your soil report and trial pits will show it.
Yes. We take up D-wall and bored cast-in-situ piling and can plan them with the excavation as one deep-basement package.
Yes. Faridabad is covered by the same NCR fleet and team.
Normally the owner or main contractor, unless the contract states otherwise. We plan haulage to the permitted destination within the permitted hours.
