Dust suppression
Wetting haul roads, ramps, stockpiles and exposed areas so dust stays on the ground, especially during dry months.
Water for dust suppression, haul road sprinkling, compaction moisture and curing, delivered by tankers that already work on our own earthwork sites. Our fleet includes 15+ water tankers.
Our tankers carry water for construction use: settling dust, wetting soil for compaction, curing and cleaning. They are not used to supply drinking water. They run with drivers and, where the job needs it, a spray or sprinkler arrangement for wetting haul roads and stockpiles.

Bringing earth fill near optimum moisture before rolling, working with our graders and rollers.
Water for curing concrete and masonry where the site has no piped supply nearby.
Washing down paved areas and supporting wheel-wash points at site exits, where the site provides them.
Across Delhi NCR, construction and earthmoving sites are expected to control dust, and air-quality action plans (GRAP) tighten the rules as pollution rises, up to restricting construction activity at the higher stages. Regular sprinkling of haul roads and exposed earth is one of the most visible measures, and it is often the one inspectors look for first.
Compliance with dust-control rules stays with the project owner and main contractor, but the tankers make it practical. On our own earthwork packages the tankers run with the excavators, tippers and rollers as part of the set, which is why we keep 15+ of them.
| Driver of demand | What to tell us |
|---|---|
| Haul road length and traffic | Length of internal roads and approximate tipper trips per shift |
| Compaction volume | Area and layer thickness being compacted per day |
| Season | Summer and dry, windy months need more frequent sprinkling |
| Water source distance | How far the tanker travels to refill |
| Working hours | Single or double shift, and night work if permitted |
Tanker capacity and type (truck-mounted or tractor-drawn) are confirmed in the quote from what our fleet has free at the time.
The water source is agreed for each project. Many NCR authorities encourage or require treated water (for example from sewage treatment plants) for construction use, and unauthorised groundwater extraction is not permitted. Arranging the source and its permissions normally stays with the client unless the contract says otherwise; we plan tanker cycles around the agreed filling point.
A tanker that only turns up when someone calls for it does little for dust or compaction. On our own sites tankers run to a pattern: rounds of the haul roads and ramps through each shift, more often on dry and windy days, and dedicated filling for the compaction front while rollers are working. We agree a similar pattern with your site in-charge, along with where the tanker refills, where it parks, and who signs the trip or shift record. Where the site has a wheel-wash point at the exit, we can keep it topped up between rounds.
No. Our tankers supply water for construction use only: dust suppression, compaction, curing and cleaning.
The source and any permissions are agreed per project and normally stay with the client unless the contract says otherwise. Treated water is often preferred or required for construction use in NCR.
Yes. Tankers can run rounds on haul roads and ramps through the shift. How often depends on traffic, weather and refilling distance.
Yes. We often supply tankers together with excavators, tippers, graders and rollers, so moisture and dust control are planned with the earthwork.
Per shift, per month or per trip, as confirmed in the quote, with driver. Diesel terms and records are confirmed in the quote before mobilisation.
Yes. We deploy tankers across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Gurugram and Faridabad, subject to availability.
