Ghaziabad starts just beyond the Noida sectors along NH-9, so Indirapuram, Vaishali, Vasundhara, Raj Nagar Extension, Crossings Republik and the Meerut Road and Sahibabad industrial belts are all within easy reach of the same team and fleet that work our Noida sites.

We do not have a separate Ghaziabad office and we do not list Ghaziabad projects we have not done. What we offer here is the same planning, fleet and supervision as on our Noida work, with the mobilisation advantage of being next door. What Ghaziabad sites usually involve

Ghaziabad sits on the same Indo-Gangetic alluvium as Noida and East Delhi: mostly silty sand and sandy silt, with clayey layers in places. That digs well with tracked excavators, but it means basement sides need the slopes or retaining that your consultant designs, and fill has to be compacted in layers to pass testing.

Groundwater is the other variable. Plots closer to the Hindon river, including parts of Raj Nagar Extension and the areas along the river, are more likely to need dewatering for deeper basements than plots on higher ground. The soil investigation report decides this; we plan the excavation sequence around the dewatering and retaining design rather than guessing.

Working within Ghaziabad's framework

Building plans in most of Ghaziabad are approved by the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA); industrial areas may fall under UPSIDA. The project owner holds those approvals. Movement and disposal of excavated earth is subject to the applicable state and district permissions, and we work with the project owner on what each site needs; who arranges which permission is set out in the contract.

Ghaziabad is part of the NCR air-quality framework, so CAQM / GRAP stages and dust-control rules apply. We cover haul roads and stockpiles as required, run water tankers for sprinkling and follow the restrictions in force at each GRAP stage. For larger dust-control needs we also offer truck-mounted anti-smog gun services.
